Our
measuring system is based on cups, quarts and gallons guaranteeing a minimum 1700 pupae
per cup. Quantity discounts
are available, the minimum order being 3 cups. Pricing is as follows:
We would like to suggest ordering every two weeks to qualify for quantity discounts. SHIPPING : Unless otherwise arranged, we ship overnight FedEx. The shipping will be prepaid and added or it can be billed directly to your company's FedEx account. A deposit will be charged for insulated shipping containers. Containers may be returned at customer's expense for full credit.ORDER GUARANTEES : We understand weather conditions dictate the amount of pupae needed for your growing season. A written tentative schedule is necessary for our ability to fill your pupae needs. Additional pupae are available on a short term notice, but could be guaranteed with 14 days notice. We would like to suggest that your first order of flies arrive 7 days in advance in case of any delays or freight damage OR early flowering.PAYMENT : We now accept credit cards and you can pay online or pay by invoice, net/10 days, unless other arrangements are made in writing. Interest will be added to accounts over 30 days.CARE INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE SHIPPED WITH ORDERS. Comments: The pupae are shipped to hatch within 2 - 3 days at 80 degrees and may be kept cool, approx. 40 - 50 degrees for several weeks. Remove pupae from the insulated containers immediately upon arrival as they do create heat and sweat. PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL AND WE CAN ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE. WE HAVE A SUPPLY YEAR AROUND. |

Canadian orders are cleared at Rykerts, B.C. port of entry. A broker is not needed as long as we are under $1500 Cdn per day. We pay the GST at the border and then take your shipment directly to the freight company: it is shipped freight collect on either Loomis, Purolator or Greyhound bus. |
